• By using our service, you agree that we may take your query and send it to multiple AI APIs to generate and aggregate responses into a cohesive answer for your use.

2. Acceptable Use & Responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old to use our service.
• You're responsible for what you submit and how you use responses.
• Do not use the service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, access controls, or billing.
• Do not scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the service without our permission.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until you cancel.
• Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future periods; we'll give reasonable notice before a price increase applies to you.
• Failed payments may pause or downgrade your account until resolved.
• Manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Account → Billing (Stripe customer portal).
• Prices exclude tax; applicable tax is calculated at checkout.

4. Refunds & Cancellation

• Cancel anytime — you'll keep access through the end of your current billing period.
• Fees are generally non-refundable; contact team@fuses.ai for billing issues and we'll review case by case.

5. Privacy

• We route your queries to multiple AI models to get you aggregated answers. You can read more about how this data is handled in our Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

• We may terminate service to users who violate these terms.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

• We provide aggregated AI responses "as is." Results may not be 100% accurate, complete, or error-free. Use the service at your own risk.
• Service availability isn't guaranteed; we may modify or discontinue it anytime.
