Privacy Policy

We value your privacy and keep things simple. This policy explains how we handle your data in our product, which processes user queries by sending them to multiple third-party large language model (LLM) AIs and aggregates their responses into a single, cohesive answer.

1. Data We Collect

  • Account Info: When you sign in, we collect basic profile info (like your name and email) from your login provider.
  • User Queries: The text or input you provide for processing.
  • Billing Info: If you upgrade to a paid plan, your payment details are collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.
  • Technical Info: Automatically collected details like IP address, device type, and browser info to ensure service functionality.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To send your query to multiple LLM providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google, etc.) for responses.
  • To aggregate and deliver a combined answer to you.
  • For account-related purposes.
  • For internal improvements, like debugging or enhancing aggregation logic.
We do not use your data for marketing or unrelated purposes.

3. Sharing Your Data

  • AI Partners: Our service works by routing your queries to multiple AI models to get you aggregated answers. We never share your account info (name/email) with these providers—only the prompt itself and an anonymous identifier to help prevent abuse.
  • Service Providers: Limited sharing with trusted tools (like Stripe for billing or cloud providers for hosting) to run our service.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose data if required by law, to protect rights, or in emergencies.

We do not sell your data.

4. Storage and Security

  • Queries are stored until you delete them.
  • Account information (e.g., name/email) is stored in our database as long as your account is active.
  • Data stored in our systems is encrypted at rest.

5. Your Rights

  • Access/Delete: Contact us at team@fuses.ai to request deletion of your data.

6. Children's Privacy

  • Our service is not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.

7. Changes

  • We may update this policy. Changes will be posted here with a new updated date.
